Refund Policy

Mantasaur, operated by Mert Deniz ("we", "us", or "our"), is committed to customer satisfaction. As a service provided through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, we adhere to high standards of consumer protection. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on all initial subscription purchases within 14 days of the transaction date. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you are entitled to a refund request during this period.

2. Fair Usage & Eligibility

To ensure the sustainability of our AI services and cover immediate third-party API costs, we apply a Fair Usage policy to refund requests:

  • Usage: While we offer a 14-day window, a full refund is intended for users who have not substantially consumed the service's resources.
  • Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or partially issue refunds if there is evidence of platform abuse or if a significant portion of the monthly analysis limit has been consumed within the 14-day window.

3. Renewal Payments

Refund requests for automatic monthly renewals must be submitted within 72 hours of the renewal date. We encourage users to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to use the service.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to your remaining analysis limit until the period ends.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's payment.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, send an email to support@mantasaur.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID from Paddle
  • Brief reason for the request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
