1. Description of Service
Mantasaur is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that helps businesses optimize their web content for AI systems including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The Service provides:
- AI readability analysis of web pages
- Content scoring and optimization recommendations
- AI-powered content rewriting suggestions
- AI visibility insights and reports
2. Account Registration
- You may register using Google OAuth or email/password authentication.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Credits and Payments
3.1 Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different actions consume different amounts of credits:
- Page Analysis: 3 credits per analysis
- Main Content Optimization: 7 credits per rewrite
- Section Boost: 2 credits per section
3.2 Subscriptions
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3.3 Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. While we process refunds regardless of usage, we reserve the right to refuse or partially issue refunds in cases of clear platform abuse or excessive resource consumption. 4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Submit URLs to pages you do not own or have authorization to analyze
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms of the Service
- Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or other technical restrictions
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, code, and branding, is owned by Mantasaur and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the web content you submit for analysis. By submitting URLs, you grant us a limited license to fetch, analyze, and process the publicly available content at those URLs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3 AI-Generated Suggestions
Rewritten content and optimization suggestions generated by the Service are provided as recommendations. You are free to use, modify, or discard them. We do not claim ownership of the generated suggestions once delivered to you.
6. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that AI-optimized content will result in specific rankings, mentions, or recommendations by any AI system.
- AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) are third-party products. Their behavior, ranking algorithms, and outputs may change at any time without notice.
- Analysis results and scores are estimates based on our proprietary methodology and should not be treated as definitive measurements.
- We are not responsible for any content changes you make to your website based on our recommendations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mantasaur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any changes to AI system behaviors affecting your content visibility
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Any third-party conduct on the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
